SMART Program
SMART is a free, online program for adults (18 years of age or older) living with epilepsy. Sessions are held in small groups via Zoom for approximately 1 hour.
During each session, a Nurse and Peer Educator will work with groups to facilitate the SMART program guide on topics such as treatment, seizure, and lifestyle management.
The program meets every Thursday at 12:00pm for the duration of 8 weeks. The first session starts on January 29, 2026. Space is limited so click the button to register today!
