Overview
Join our client's extraordinary care team as a Hospice Registered Nurse. This full-time position in South Park, PA and surrounding area offers a comprehensive benefits package and a supportive environment. Key Responsibilities
● Collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans
● Support patients in South Park, PA and surrounding areas
● Meet critical deadlines for charting
● Self-manage time and schedule
● Demonstrate experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software

Schedule and Shift Details
● Schedule: Monday – Thursday 5p-8a (May be willing to consider M-F 5p – 1:30a)

Travel
● Local travel required

Required Qualifications
• Associate degree or higher
• 2+ years of experience with Hospice
• 1+ years of experience with TruChart EHR or Electronic Medical Record (EMR) or Other EMR
• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) certification/license in Pennsylvania (PA)
• Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
• Have you spoke with a Relode Recruiter about this role (via phone or video)?
• Are you okay with the required travel for this position?

Preferred Qualifications
