LET YOUR VOICE BE HEARD! PASNAP and PA School Safety Task Force

Our immediate Past President Judy Morgitan is proudly representing PASNAP as one of the four Vice Chairs on the PA School Safety Task Force.
Six regional meetings are being held throughout the state (4/2/18 to 6/11/18) to hear the perspectives and needs of different communities. The task force is focusing on the following three questions:
- How can we strengthen efforts to address the health (both physical and mental) needs of the students?
- How can we help ensure school buildings are secure and appropriate training is conducted for students and staff?
- How can we help prepare school staff, students and first responders to address and respond to mass shootings and threats?
