Clarification to: ALERT: HB 1401 Looking at Staffing Ratios for School Nurses, Counselors

"PLEASE NOTE: Many of you have read House Bill 1401 and noticed that it does not include language regarding school nurses.  

House Democratic Chairman Jim Roebuck is introducing a bill to reduce the CSN ratio from 1500 to 750, but it hasn’t hit the system yet. As soon as we have a bill number we will post it. Thank you!"
