Epilepsy Association of Western and Central PA: How We Can Help
Posted
In these uncertain times the epilepsy community is relying on the EAWCP more than ever. Here are a few of the ways that we have responded:
-
supply anti-seizure medication through our Emergency Medication Fund
-
alleviate caregiver stress through our CareShare respite program
-
issue movement detection monitors from our Emma's Gift program
-
award scholarships to students to continue their education through the EAWCP Scholarship Program.
These are just a few of the many vital programs and services that we need to continue to offer, but we can't do it without your support.
I invite you to join us in raising funds and awareness for children, adults and families whose lives have been affected by epilepsy and seizure disorders by supporting the EAWCP through #GivingTuesdayNow. Giving Tuesday is an annual day of giving that takes place in November. Due to these unprecedented times Giving Tuesday Now was created to support your favorite non-profit organization while they are supporting your community.
