On behalf of the Epilepsy Foundation Eastern PA and our Professional Advisory Board, I am pleased to invite you to our next Ammon's Horn Society meeting, which is scheduled for Thursday, November 17, 6:00 - 9:00pm at The College of Physicians of Philadelphia.
This event is free to attend for medical professionals in the epilepsy space; RSVP is required by Friday, November 4: www.AmmonsHornEFEPA.org.
The Ammon's Horn Society is a cocktail reception, dinner program, and gathering of the top neurologists, epileptologists, specialists and medical professionals in the epilepsy field. The Ammon’s Horn Society offers a space for cross-collaboration, networking and learning.
The main feature of the dinner program is one twenty-minute presentation, followed by one case study, given by expert speakers selected by our Professional Advisory Board (PAB). The presentation topics are brought forward by the PAB to discuss best practices and research findings from the epilepsy centers regarding the care of patients.
We are anticipating a fantastic turn out from medical professionals across our full territory and beyond. We have an excellent program planned for the evening:
- Imaging in Epilepsy Practice: Current and Future Utility presented by Kathryn Davis, MD, MS, FAES, Penn Epilepsy Center
- Case Study Presentation by Ignacio Valencia, MD, St. Christopher's Hospital for Children
Please do not hesitate to contact me with any questions.
Thank you so much,
Missy
