School Nurse Mentorship Program

Penn State PRO Wellness is launching a mentorship program for school nurses in 20 counties in Pennsylvania. The one-year pilot program will connect skilled nurses with more than five years of experience with early-career nurses to create opportunities for collaboration and professional development. The program will align with the 2023-24 school year and include both virtual meetings with mentors and a virtual seminar series.

PRO Wellness is still seeking nurse mentees (less than 5 years of experience) for the program! Those applying to be mentees must be from school districts in Bradford, Carbon, Columbia, Dauphin, Lackawanna, Lebanon, Lehigh, Luzerne, Lycoming, Monroe, Montour, Northampton, Northumberland, Pike, Schuylkill, Sullivan, Susquehanna, Tioga, Wayne or Wyoming counties.
