Day on the Hill: May 12, 2025 - Special Event this year - Volunteers Needed.

Day on the Hill is scheduled for Monday, May 12, 2025, and you’re invited!! Help PASNAP celebrate Florence Nightingale’s 224th Birthday while talking to state legislators. PASNAP will have table displays set up in the rotunda area of the state Capitol. Volunteer CSNs are needed to staff the displays, tell legislators what school nurses do, and help with “screenings” - interactive displays! Meetings will also be scheduled with several Representatives and Senators.  May is a busy month for school nurses, with field trips scheduled and other activities, but if you are able to take off, you will not regret the opportunity to advocate for your profession and the children you care for. Retired CSNs are also welcome! The day will start at approximately 9:00 AM and last until 3:00 PM. Wear comfortable shoes along with your white jacket.
