The toolkit contains the following:

2. Consequence cards - lists vaccine preventable diseases (VPD) and potential consequences if a child is diagnosed with the disease. There is no mention of vaccines on this card.
3. A HPV brochure directed to boys and young men.
4. PA DOH requirement if an unvaccinated child attends a school where there is an outbreak of a VPD.
5. PA DOH required vaccines for school.
6. Special considerations for vaccine administration to children and youth with special health care needs.
