Are the new regulations currently in place?
Why are students NOT mandated to have a Tdap and/or MCV in subsequent grades, if they did NOT get them while in 7th grade?
I try to make them get them, and have been told that they are ONLY mandatory for 7th grades students.
It seems to me they should be mandated for EVERY student 7th grade AND beyond!
Where can I find the new regulations. I just checked the Dep of Health website, did not see it. When will they be effective.
